PRCS – Pressure Reduction Control System
Technical Specification Overview:
System Conditions: The system consists of predefined components engineered by GET. These components are configured into a system that
balances security, technology, and ease of use.
System Distribution / Safety System:
The Mechanical systems include safety and/or relief valves integrated at each stage of the process.
Reduction Pressure System
The pressure reduction is done in two stages. The system uses high performance valves and high tech construction. The top working pressure of
the valves used in our process is 300 bars. Each of the stages have a main line and another redundant one. Both of them, individually, have capacity to
supply the total flow demand designed by the equipment
Notes: The redundant one is activated automatically in the event of failure of the main line. This line’s flexibility reduction can also be used for preventive and corrective maintenance for both of the lines.

TRUCK OR CONTAINER SYSTEM
Container:
Body mounted on the container system, built of steel planks and a rectangular steel frame. Has tubular transversal binds that support the structure on various points of the trailer’s chassis, high resistance rubber stoppers placed between the container and the support points on the trailer.

Connections:
The connections used are the Lock model, composed basically by: a body nut. This system gives the tubing a greater flexibility regarding the vibration generated in transport.
